About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, communicating with people, and making sure the day to day office runs smoothly.

You will work closely with different departments and handle a variety of administrative tasks. No two days may look exactly the same, so being flexible and comfortable with changing priorities is important.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office activities and help maintain an organized and professional workplace. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, welcome visitors, and direct questions to the appropriate team members.

Prepare documents, update spreadsheets, organize digital and physical files, and assist with basic data entry. You will also help schedule meetings, coordinate office supplies, arrange appointments, and support internal events when needed.

The Office Administrator will communicate with vendors and service providers, monitor office inventory, and assist management with general administrative projects. Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous administrative, office, customer service, or receptionist experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates should have strong organizational skills and good written and verbal communication. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is expected. Experience with spreadsheets, calendars, and common office software is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently. The ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines is important.
